I use QuickBooks Online. Can you work in my file?+
Yes. QuickBooks Online is my main platform. I can be added to your existing file as your bookkeeper, or help you set one up the right way from scratch.
What about Xero?+
Yep, I support Xero too. If that's where your books live, we can keep them there.
My books are way behind or kind of a mess. Can you help?+
Absolutely. Catch-up and clean-up work is a big part of what I do. No judgment. We'll get it sorted and keep it that way.
Do you file tax returns?+
I don't file tax returns. I focus on bookkeeping so I can do it well. When it's time to file, I'll hand your CPA or tax preparer a clean, organized set of books.
Can you work directly with my CPA or tax preparer?+
Yes, and I prefer it. Good bookkeeping and good tax work go hand in hand. I'm happy to coordinate so everyone's on the same page.
Do you run payroll?+
I provide payroll support, including helping you run payroll through your provider and making sure it's recorded correctly in your books.
What happens on the discovery call?+
